OF OREGON THEN THIS RIDE IS FOR YOU !
A “Self Guided Bike Tour” consisting of 50.5 miles of scenic country landscape, climbing to a height of 1500 feet and centering around five historic covered bridges is one of several events sponsored by the first annual “Bridges, Bikes and Brews Festival”.
This festival, in it’s infancy, is sponsored by the Scio Event Center Organization and will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 in Scio, Oregon.
What is nice about this particular Bike Tour is that each rider can determine the amount of miles they wish to go and then just turn around and return to Scio whenever they wish. Whether a rider goes 5, 10, 20 or the full 50 .5 miles, any rider can see at least one historic bridge!
This event is part of a fundraising effort for a new Fairgrounds and Events Center to be built in Scio, Oregon.
There will be no entry fee for the bike tours but donations will be greatly appreciated! A participation gift will also be given to each rider who pre-registers for the bike tour. A pre-registration form should be sent to:
